Stress induced eczema on my toes

When I was home for a month post Nashville and pre New York I had multiple appointments scheduled. They were there to make me feel productive and also because I needed a tune up (I also still need a primary doctor ever since I was kicked off the roster for my pediatricians office but I guess I'll worry about that later).

One of these appointments consisted of a dermatologist annual checkup.

Side note: In addition my dermatologist, dentist, and Walmart auto care center appointments, I also braved the gynecologist for the first time while I was home and I want you to know that it actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!

Unfortunately, while at the dermatologist, I did need to have a mole on my foot biopsied. However, the extra attention to detail on my feet caused me to be diagnosed with stress induced eczema on my toes. Who knew life could be so fun!

If you have Spotify, here's a playlist I made to mark this moment in my life and never let me forget that I stressed myself out so much to the point where I gave myself eczema on my literal toes. I hope that you enjoy listening to it just as much as I enjoyed making it!
