I'm dog sitting in Portugal

I felt out of control of my life so I booked 2 international trips. I leave for trip number 1 tomorrow.

When one of my professors from college posted on their instagram story that they needed a dog sitter at their place outside of Lisbon while they were away I jumped at the opportunity. I've never been to Portugal in my life but I've only heard amazing things. Maybe I'll want to move there - I don't know.

I made a 2026 bingo board at the beginning of this year and one of the squares was to unlock a new country so YAY! I'm doing it! I can tell that my friends are worried about me. Even though I don't always appreciate the commentary, I'm so thankful for friends who are so invested in how I spend my life. I feel grateful to have a community of care-ers surrounding me.

Euro fall here I come!
