I can't stop grinding my teeth

I'm not sure where this habit started but I can tell you that it's certainly gotten worse this year.

I've found that I will subconsciously grind my teeth to the rhythm of me walking.

As a trained singer, I'm very aware when I hold tension in my face and neck (it's a lot).

When life gets crazy, so does my jaw tension.

And let me tell you: life is CRAZY right now.... more on this later, but in the span of a week my life flipped upside down and now I'm in a completely different part of the country embarking my next adventure!

Bon voyage folks

xx
